The website https://www.desihandmade.com/ and the brand “Desi Handmade” are operated by Charaka Mihala Vividhoddesha Kaigarika Sahakara Sangha Niyamita, having its registered office at 13A, Vijay Mandal Enclave, Kalu Sarai, New Delhi 110016 Delhi India.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website or purchase only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Product information and handmade variation
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. However, screen settings, lighting and photography can affect colour. Handcrafted, handwoven, hand-dyed and natural-material products may show small variations in colour, weave, print placement, texture, dimensions or finish. Such variations are part of the handmade character and will not, by themselves, be treated as defects. Material differences, damage, incorrect products and missing items remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
5. Orders and contract formation
Product display is an invitation to place an order and does not guarantee acceptance or availability. An order is accepted only when we send an express confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, bulk/resale activity or legal requirements. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will refund it to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Shipping or handling charges, if any, will be disclosed before order confirmation. Payment is processed through authorised third-party providers. We do not control bank, card-network, UPI or payment-gateway processing times.
7. Cancellations and changes
To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at desitrust@gmail.com or +91 94833 61466. A request is not guaranteed once an order has been packed, customised or dispatched. Approved cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch estimates, delivery timelines, tracking, failed-delivery rules and risk relating to incorrect addresses are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
9. Care and use
Please follow the product description, wash-care label and instructions supplied with the product. Natural dyes may bleed or transfer during initial washes, where stated. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, storage, alteration, misuse, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the Website for lawful personal use. You must not:
